Voidproof Terms

Voidproof is a proof-package product from Pathion. These terms describe how Voidproof is intended to be used: as a bounded, machine-checkable proof package for a stated claim, not as a general security certification or private assurance service.

Proof Package Boundary

A Voidproof package applies only to its declared scope, declared window, proof profile, evidence inputs, coverage, and limits. It is not a dashboard screenshot, confidence score, risk-transfer promise, legal ruling, compliance certification, or all-system security statement.

Public Verification

Public verification must remain free and no-login. A verifier result cannot be replaced by private explanation, sales copy, account status, support statements, or internal operational status.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account setup information, maintaining required evidence sources, preserving their AWS and billing access, reviewing proof coverage before external use, and not presenting a proof outside the stated claim and scope.

Limitations

Voidproof may refuse, block, revoke, or mark a proof inconclusive when required evidence is missing, stale, internally inconsistent, outside the supported proof profile, or affected by a public register or revocation state.

Reliance Boundary

Reliance is limited to the proof package, public verification, declared scope, declared window, coverage and limits, and public register status. Public verification must remain free and no-login. Private explanation cannot override verifier output.

These terms are written for product clarity and public reliance boundaries. They do not replace customer-specific agreements where separate written terms apply.
