Data processing

Data Processing Summary

Voidproof processes account data, evidence metadata, proof request records, generated proof packages, public receipt and register records, operational audits, billing events, and support communications.

Public And Private Separation

Public verifier and register data are separated from authenticated customer and owner operations. Private runtime data must require authenticated access.

Evidence Boundary

Evidence handling must preserve the declared scope, declared window, coverage limits, checksums, registers, and revocation status needed for verification.

Processing Purposes

Data may be used to create and verify proof packages, keep public register state current, deliver customer proof packages, operate billing, support account access, investigate incidents, and keep operational audit trails.

Retention And Public Records

Some public proof records may remain available so recipients can verify packages later. Private operational data should remain limited to the authenticated systems and retention rules needed to operate Voidproof honestly.

Reliance Boundary

Reliance is limited to the proof package, public verification, declared scope, declared window, coverage and limits, and public register status. Public verification must remain free and no-login. Private explanation cannot override verifier output.
