Voidproof Support
Support helps customers with account access, AWS setup, proof request status, billing questions, incident routing, public receipt questions, and verifier-result questions. Support cannot privately rescue, rewrite, or override a failed proof.
What Support Can Do
Support can help route setup issues, explain what a verifier result means, point customers to public receipt and register locations, investigate operational incidents, and start a documented correction, revocation, or replacement process when the system supports it.
What Support Cannot Do
Support cannot change a proof result privately, remove a public defect without a register action, make unsupported legal or compliance claims, bypass public verification, or treat private explanation as stronger than the proof package.
Public Verification Issues
If a public verifier result does not accept a proof, rely on the verifier result. Support may route a defect report, revocation review, or replacement issuance process, but cannot override the proof package privately.

Reliance Boundary
Reliance is limited to the proof package, public verification, declared scope, declared window, coverage and limits, and public register status. Public verification must remain free and no-login. Private explanation cannot override verifier output.
